21 Days Journey To Refresh Life


21 Days is said to a magical period to make or break any habit. Life has so many straight and hidden aspects to explore. There are some habits which we want to leave and try sometime, but so many times we fail towards that. So for that there is a 21 days rule. If we avoid that thing for 21 days, that thing goes away from our existence. Same as with to start some new habit. After doing some task for 21 days, that task becomes the part of our existence. Any habit is not just related to our body but all the four aspects of our existence that are body, heart, mind and soul. So continuing something for few days might help in taking off our craving but after completing 21 days, there are least chances that we will regain that habit.

Important Tip:
If you want to start or end some habit, do share that plan with someone. To someone who is your well-wisher and really honest with you. This will surely help you to achieve your goal. This is because when you share your commitment with someone, you become more serious to complete it. You might excuse yourself but you will not make excuses to others.
Remember the old days when we were kids, we used to study with our best friend and used to discuss what we will study and that really worked better than studying alone.

Let’s break all our limitations and gift ourselves with getting rid of some ill habit or gaining some new good one. Share your plan with someone and get started. Get started right away. Don’t wait for the right moment coz there is nothing like right moment. The moment you plan for something and commit to complete it that is the only right moment. After completing 21 days you are going to feel amazingly proud about yourself and much more confident.

A very common thought everyone might have had once in a while, “As more and more we are getting facilities (Automated work) and technologies to make our life easier, the more human is getting stressed. During old days, there were very rare communication resources, least technology was there, more of human efforts were involved in maximum activities, still human was very happy and content.“
One reason might be that we are spending more of our time on screens on internet just surfing, social media stuff. How about to try a unique fasting for one day and we can try it more often if the experience remains good.
About the benefits of fasting, Aayurveda explains it very much and we all know that it purifies our body. So talking about this Unique Fast, it purifies our mind and soul which we all really need and this is a very good time to do such stuff and refresh ourselves.
In this, what we have to do is-
1- For Kids-
• No junk food, fast food
• No Cartoon watching on TV
2- For Adults-
• No Social media
• No news and newspaper
• No Negative thoughts and negative talks

Do this activity and for this one you will have to comment twice, one for the commitment and another after completing the commitment. Here is one more catch, if you share your commitment to someone, you feel more likely to complete that.

Just close your eyes and imagine that one fine morning you just wake up and get a call from some relative or friend just to thank you for something. Just feel the moment and try to observe how wonderful you feel deep inside. It spreads the power of positive energy to you inside out. You start believing in yourself more and feel motivated for doing good things to more people. It boosts your confidence.
Now just flip the situation and imagine you are thanking someone else, expressing gratitude to someone. The way we suggest is to call because talking about the gratitude, our egos dissolve and it makes a huge difference to our existence.
Now you know how that person is going to feel. So just imagine you making someone feel amazing and really motivated. You are going to make that person’s day. This again makes you feel so good.
Here is a task for you. From the last discussion you had made a list of people you are really grateful for. Now you have to express the gratitude to them. You can select 10 people and call them, message them or letter by any source you can express your gratitude. Just do this sincerely and observe how did you feel during all of this process and please share your experience with us in comments section.
